How to Apply for Eligibility:
Visit www.dentalgrants.org and apply for consideration of a Dental Grant.

Schedule and complete a free initial consultation with a participating dental practitioner.

All candidates must have completed an application form. No incomplete or forged applications will be accepted.
 

Applicants must apply and be accepted into the program prior to the commencement of any dentistry treatment. Acceptance, when given, is provided by email at the time the examination is scheduled.

Ineligibility:
Any applicant that is actively and currently engaged in any phase of reconstructive dentistry e.g.:, bone augmentation, placement of implants and/or the prosthetic (finishing) phase of implants (placement of crowns, bridges and or implant supported dentures) may not qualify for consideration of a Dental Grant.
 

Applicants may not apply for funding for the purpose of settling prior payments made, or existing payments due, for any dentistry treatment that has already been completed or is about to be completed.

Applicants must be conditionally approved for the Grant before attending at the dental office. Conditional approval is confirmed by email at the time your examination is scheduled.
 

Examination & X-rays:
Although there is no cost for the initial consultation, if the Applicant requests a full exam and/or x-rays, the Applicant must pay the dentist for the cost of their examination and x-rays, which usually costs between $100 and $366, depending on the complexity of your case.

Upon booking a Consultation, the applicant must provide 48 hours advance notice if they are unable to keep their appointment.
 

Selection of Program Candidates:
Applicants will be notified by email and regular mail of their acceptance and the terms and conditions for qualifying for their grant award.
 

Awards:
Dental Grants are awarded by each participating dentist on a tiered basis, at the sole discretion of the Organization, to any qualified applicant. The Grant only applies to the dentist's professional fees associated with the  treatment plan that was presented by a participating dentist of this program.

Eligibility:
The Dental Grants Program is open to all individuals that are ages 18 and over as of their application date.

Minors are eligible with the consent of their parent or legal guardians, however the application should be in the name of the parent or guardian.

Savings Guarantee:
Participating dentists endeavor to provide you with fair rates based on their provincial rate guides and will not arbitrarily increase their fees in order to off-set the absorption of the Grant.

Accordingly, if you wish to verify the validity of the Grant's true cost savings, you may provide competing quotes from at least 3 independent dentists from the same city zone that are quoting their usual rates for the same treatment based on your x-rays. You can then combine the average of all 3 quotes, apply the Grant, and receive those same services at the reduced cost from any participating dentist.

This ensures that your dental savings are unequivocally lower than any other competing quote.

For example:

Competing Dental office Quote 1: $10,350.00
Competing Dental office Quote 2: $9,779.00
Competing Dental office Quote 3: $10,125.00

Average of all 3 quotes: ($10,350 + $9,779.00 + $10,125 = $30,254) / 3 = $10,084.67.

$10,084.67 less the Grant @ 25%: $10,084.67 - $2,521.16 = $7,563.51

In the example given, you would pay $7,563.51 and complete the dental work at any participating dentist.

Please note: There is no obligation for you to obtain 3 quotes prior to attending for an exam at a participating dentist. This example is provided as our commitment to demonstrate that the Grant savings offered by participating dentists are genuine and actual.

Verification of Grant Recipient:
Applicants must show a valid piece of identification when requested.

Dental Office Participation:
We will always endeavor to refer you to a dental office that is local to you, and that participates in our program. However, from time to time we may attempt to accommodate certain applicants that live in areas that are not serviced by a participating dentist. On those occasions, we will use our best efforts to secure a local dentist that is willing to provide the Grant on your behalf. In the event we are unable to secure a local dentist to provide the Grant, we may need to refer you to an alternative dentist, and/or temporarily defer your application until such time that a local dentist can be secured.

Delivery of Dental Grant:
The Program Consultant will provide the applicant with an email notification confirming their Dental Grant.

General:
Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and local laws, rules, and regulations.
 

The program will be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada and any applicable Federal laws. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this program must be brought in the regional municipality of the city of Toronto, Ontario Canada.
 

We are not responsible for garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage-due, or misdirected applications, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of application materials, loss or otherwise.
 

Receipt of any grant award is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable Federal, Provincial, and local laws, rules and regulations.

We are not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in applicant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages.

We disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this program, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the program should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the program. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted.
 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any applicant from this program or any other offer conducted now or in the future if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the program. By participating in this program, each applicant agrees to warrant that s/he is eligible to participate in this program.

By accepting the Dental Grant, applicant / recipient agrees to release us, our directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of grant proceeds.
 

Grant recipients will receive a Grant toward their dental work over $500. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment, or transfer of proceeds is permitted.

We are only responsible for award delivery; not responsible for award utility, quality, or otherwise.

Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the grant recipient.
 

Caution: Any attempt by an applicant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this program is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law in any court of competent jurisdiction within Canada or the United States.
