Understanding Your Dental Grant

The Dental Grants Program currently provides a 25% upfront Dental Grant, which is applied through participating dental offices on a one-time basis toward the dentist’s professional fees.
 

If you request your own dentist and that dentist agrees to participate in the program, the 25% Dental Grant will be applied through their office.
