How does the Dental Grants process work?

How does the dental grant process work?

Dental Grants Review Process

Review Process

After you submit your application form, here. Our Intake Team will review your application to determine if a clinic is available to you that offers the services you are looking for. If there is a dental clinic available near you, your file will be processed.

Once your application for a dental grant is processed, our Intake Team will contact you for a quick program orientation, assign you to the available dental clinic and help you book your appointment, if needed.

Booking Your Appointment

After your call, you will receive an email with the contact information of the dental office you are assigned to. If you did not book your free consultation during the call, you can contact the dental office directly.

Attending Your Appointment

After you attend your free consultation, you will have a better idea of your treatment cost. However, be mindful that for certain treatments the dentist may need to complete an oral exam and take x-rays. The oral exam and x-rays are not free and may not be covered by the dental grant.

All you have to do to accept and start your treatment is book your initial treatment appointment directly with the dental clinic! :)

If you have any questions about your treatment plan or cost you can contact the dental office or your Program Consultant.
